HR Manager – Human Resource for Talent, Engagement & Growth







We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage core human resource functions at Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. This role requires a confident HR professional for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance. You will play a key role in nurturing a positive work culture and aligning HR operations with the company’s long-term goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in HR management. As part of a growing B2B media and marketing company, you will collaborate across teams to ensure a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities: HR Manager – Core HR Operations

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

  • Build strong employer branding through strategic hiring practices.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with organizational needs.

  • Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices, including disciplinary processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation and retention.

Performance Management & Appraisals

  • Coordinate periodic performance evaluations and assist team leads with feedback systems.

  • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skillsets.

HR Operations & Data Management

  • Maintain HR dashboards, employee records, and attendance and payroll systems.

  • Generate reports on HR metrics, including attrition, leave, recruitment status, and employee satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in core HR roles, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.

  • Solid understanding of good HR practices.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in HR tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and HRMS platforms.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing HR operations for Stratups and growing teams will be an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of performance management systems and training programs.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
